just bought this dvd. i am a big fan of homespun videos and was going to buy this a few years ago but never did. i was on you tube and typed his name in and it shows him playing with a band the 5-6 songs he teaches you on the dvd. his is awesome. i bought one of his cds but his playing is at its best on this instructional dvd. he plays with a band then breaks each song down for you. roy rogers is a great slide player, check out my other reviews on eric sardinas, another awesome slide player. neither one of these guys get the recognition they deserve.

I learned and am learning so much from this DVD, it’s got live footage of him and his band and then he breaks it down for ya’, I am an intermediate slide player and an advanced fingerstyle blues player, I recommend this to everyone, it’s so basic, yet so advanced, it’ll totally open up the world of slide for you and explain sooooo much! “BUY NOW”
