I started with the Learning Acoustic Guitar DVD in the series and have been practicing for several months. I picked this up as a recommendation and it is very fun and entertaining. There is so much information and techniques in this DVD. It will take me a few months to get through. The exercises and songs used really keep it interesting. This is a must for any guitar player working on fingerstyle techniques.
Customer Review: Intermediate to Advanced Fingerstyle
Lots of information and examples of various fingerstyle picking with eight example songs. Beginner – Intermediate players may be frustrated. Could use some more beginner material. Even though some “slow motion” video is used, this could have been a very valuable technique throughout the lessons. The tabs on the screen are OK. The availability of the tabs on-line is also a plus, however those who don’t read tabs will have a more difficult time. I consider myself an intermediate player, but this will take me a while (years) to get through with the time I have available. However even after just sitting through all the lessons without playing, I have picked up some tips and incorporated them into my playing. I think these lessons will be valuable as I have time to get through them over the years. This program seems to be well worth the money. I’m glad I purchased the program “BUY NOW”
